My name is Ken Bates and I have been inspecting Real Estate Property for 12 years. It is important to use a Home inspector who works hard for his client. You want an inspector who is educated and intelligent. You want an inspector who will help you to make a good decision and minimize your risk.
It is easy for an inspector to say he is the best but not easy to prove. All I can do is just tell you a little about myself and how I inspect.I studied Real Estate inspection at Northeastern University and was trained by the best inspectors. I earned the highest grades in all my classes.
I am a certified member of the American Society of Home inspectors (ASHI), which has 3 levels of membership and I have achieved the highest level of membership. (member # 205403) I am licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to practice Home inspection (license # 91).
I am fully insured. I am a graduate of U of M, Amherst. I am well grounded in Science and technology. I own and know how to use many tools and instruments that can reveal problems with a property that you are considering purchasing.
Other inspectors give you a small amount of time but I only perform 1 inspection each day so I can give you all the time needed to perform a thorough and complete inspection.
I have been expertly trained by NEPMA to inspect for pests such as termites and if I discover them I will give you a free report. My Boston competitor, who is a lower level ASHI inspector, charges $175 for a termite/pest inspection. My pest inspection is free -no charge.
I give you the full report at the inspection. So you do not have to wait for a report or print it yourself on your computer. I also create special reports that I will give you later.
I recommend that you visit my website: www.Aceinspect.com or www.Bostonareahomeinspectors.com and learn more about me and more about home inspection.
Sincerely,
Ken Bates
