"Asian Landlord Association in Boston" was founded in 2010. The Association aims at providing a free consultation channel for Chinese landlord and investors interedted in property arond Boston in MA.
The Sponsor Jason Pan, will deliver a symposium each month, sharing his experiances with real state as landlord. The symposim will be free to join in, audience can ask questions which they need to deal with, and not limited to theme on that day.
Mr Pan, manager of MIDTOWN Properties, he start his career as landlord, and then owned more and more properties. Looking back on the past, he used to have many questions, and run into difficulties, but there was no one can give him advice. So in this case, he learnt many lessons. He said that he could help people avoid same errors with his own experiences. He found that many Asian landlords need a way to get information and consultation, and it is Association's true aim.
