Sichuan Gourmet, in all of its iterations, is the work of partners, who are all from Chengdu in China's Sichuan province. They founded the restaurant in 2002 and are still expanding the concept.
 
Sichuan Gourmet features a number of appetizers, plus fish, chicken, beef, pork, vegetable, and noodle dishes. Some of the highlights from the Billerica menu include SICHUAN COLD NOODLES, CHENG DU SPICY DUMPLING, SICHUAN DOUBLE COOKED BACON and SICHUAN MAO CAI DELIGHT.
