Weihong Zhang is born in 1977, to a family of Orthopedics and Traumatology specialists in Kaiping, Guangdong. In his early days, Weihong Zhang has lived and trained with his parents in the mountainous regions, near China's border with Vietnam. Under the tutelage of his parents, as well his own diligence and natural abilities, Dr. Zhang has independently treated patients at the age of fourteen, and gained a reputation along the Vietnamese border as a traditional orthopedic doctor. He has also learned martial arts, from Master Guangyuan Lin, and studied in the language of orthopedics and traumatology, with much success. These experiences have heightened his skills, as well as increased his appreciation for traditional Chinese medicine.Weihong Zhang has been admitted to the School of Chinese Medicine in 2003, and worked to become a professor of traditional Chinese medicine. He has returned to Kaiping after graduation, despite his parents' immigration to the United States, and opened an Orthopedics and Traumatology clinic. Dr. Zhang uses Chinese medicine, which is clinically proven and based on a solid academic foundation, as well as possessing a rich cultural heritage, with a long history in treating bone related injuries. Weihong Zhang has been in Boston since 2011, to share his experience and help more patients. He has a clinic in Boston's Chinatown, which receives much praise from the local community.
